Terms of Service
Last updated: 6 October 2026
These terms are the agreement between you and AsoBeast for the use of the website at asobeast.com and the hosted AsoBeast service at app.asobeast.com, including its REST API and MCP server (together, the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service you accept them. If you use it for a company, you accept them on its behalf and confirm you may do so.
Who we are
AsoBeast is operated by Adex77, an independent developer based in Poland. In these terms “AsoBeast”, “we” and “us” mean Adex77. You can reach us at support@asobeast.com.
Open source and self-hosting
The AsoBeast software is open source under the GNU Affero General Public License v3.0. Nothing in these terms limits the rights that licence gives you. You may run, study, modify and share the code as it allows.
These terms apply only to the hosted Service we run for you. A copy you install on your own server is governed by the licence alone, because there is no service between you and your own installation.
Eligibility and accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- Give accurate details when you register and keep your email address current, because alerts and billing notices go there.
- Keep your password and API tokens secret. You are responsible for what happens under your account and in your workspace, including the actions of teammates you invite.
- Tell us promptly at support@asobeast.com if you suspect someone else has access to your account.
The Service
AsoBeast is an App Store Optimization tool. On your behalf it collects publicly visible App Store and Google Play search results, listings and reviews, stores them, and derives keyword rankings, scores, competitor comparisons, audits and recommendations from them.
To use it you need an internet connection, an up-to-date web browser with JavaScript and cookies enabled, and an email address. The API and MCP server need a personal API token.
We keep improving the Service, so features may change. We will not remove a core feature you pay for in the middle of a paid period.
Trial, plans and billing
- Trial. New workspaces get a free 7-day trial with Indie plan limits and 25 AI calls. It needs no card, nothing is charged when it ends, and nothing is deleted.
- Plans. Paid plans, their prices and their limits, including the monthly AI call allowance, are listed on the pricing page. The limits there are part of these terms.
- Who sells the plans. Paid plans are sold through Link. Sold through Link, LLC, an affiliate of Stripe, is the merchant of record: it charges you, collects any sales tax or VAT, and issues your receipts and invoices. Your card statement shows
LINK.COM* ASOBEAST. Your purchase is also governed by the Sold through Link Terms, and Link uses your checkout details under its own privacy policy. We remain responsible for the Service itself. - Price and tax. Plans are priced in US dollars, before tax. Link adds the sales tax or VAT that applies where you are and shows the total before you pay. Checkout may offer to charge you in your local currency instead; if you choose it, the amount is converted again at each renewal, so it can vary slightly from one payment to the next. Your bank may add its own fees for foreign payments.
- Payment. Plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance. By subscribing you authorise Link to charge your payment method on each renewal.
- Renewal. A subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel it.
- Price changes. We will tell you at least 30 days before a price change, and it takes effect at your next renewal. If you do not accept it, cancel before then.
- Plan changes. An upgrade applies at once. A downgrade applies at the end of the paid period.
- Failed payments. If a payment fails you get an email and the payment is retried automatically. If it stays unpaid, paid access ends.
Cancellation and refunds
- You can cancel at any time from the billing portal in Settings, or from your Link account at link.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for, and you keep access until then.
- When paid access ends, you can still sign in, read everything and export everything. Nothing is deleted. What stops is adding, collecting and on-demand actions.
- Refunds are considered case by case. Write to support@asobeast.com with your workspace email.
- Link may also refund a purchase within 60 days of the payment, under its refund policy, even where our own approach would be stricter. Questions about a charge can go to us or to Link support. If Link asks us about your payment and we do not answer within 48 hours, Link may refund you without waiting for us.
Right of withdrawal for consumers. If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, including a sole trader treated as a consumer under Polish law, you may withdraw from a paid subscription within 14 days of buying it, without giving a reason, and receive a full refund. Because Link sells the plans, withdrawal goes through Link: contact Link support, ask for a refund and give “cooling off period” as the reason. Link refunds you to the payment method you used. If you write to support@asobeast.com instead, we will help you file the request.
Acceptable use
You may use the Service to research, monitor and improve apps, whether yours or your competitors’.
You may not:
- resell, redistribute or sublicense the data the Service produces, in bulk or as a feed,
- use the collected data to build a competing dataset or product,
- exceed or work around your plan’s limits or rate limits, for example with extra accounts or tokens,
- use the Service to attack, overload or probe any third party, including Apple and Google,
- probe, scan or attack the Service itself, except under our security policy,
- share your credentials outside your workspace or resell access to it,
- use the Service for anything unlawful, or submit content that is unlawful or infringes someone else’s rights.
Limits
Plan limits are enforced by the Service and stated exactly on the pricing page. A keyword counts once per market, so one phrase tracked in five countries uses five keyword markets. Rate limits apply per workspace, and requests over them are refused until the limit resets. Details are in the rate limits reference.
Your data
You own the apps, keywords and settings you add, and the rankings, snapshots, reviews and audits the Service derives for you.
You give us a limited licence to store, process and display that data only to provide the Service to you. We do not sell it, and we do not use one customer’s tracked keywords to build a product for another.
You can export everything at any time and delete your workspace from Settings. How we handle personal data is set out in the Privacy Policy.
AI features
Some features use OpenAI to draft metadata or explain recommendations. They run only when you invoke them. AI output can be wrong, incomplete or unsuitable, so review it before you use it in a store listing. You are responsible for what you publish.
Accuracy of store data
Rankings come from public store search results collected once a day through third-party network infrastructure. Stores personalise and change results by region and time, and can change their pages without notice, which can pause collection until we adapt. We detect and discard results that look wrong, but we cannot promise every value is correct.
Treat the data as a signal, not a system of record. We are not responsible for decisions you make based on it, to the extent the law allows.
Dependence on Apple and Google
The Service depends on Apple and Google continuing to serve public store pages. If either changes, restricts or objects to that access, coverage may shrink, a store may be delayed, or a store may no longer be covered. We will tell you what changed and what it means for your plan. We explain how we collect data in How AsoBeast collects data.
Availability and support
The Service is provided on a best-effort basis, with no guaranteed uptime. It runs on a single server with daily encrypted backups, so an outage can lose up to one day of collection, never your account or your app list. Planned maintenance is short and announced. Collection gaps leave a gap in your history, never an invented value.
Support is by email at support@asobeast.com.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend a workspace if:
- it breaches these terms, including the acceptable use rules,
- it keeps abusing rate limits after being throttled,
- payment remains unpaid after our reminders,
- the law requires us to.
We will tell you the reason. Where the breach can be fixed, we will give you a reasonable chance to fix it first, unless it is serious or unlawful. A suspension never deletes your data, and export stays available.
You can stop using the Service and delete your workspace at any time. We may also stop offering the Service. If we do, we will give you at least 60 days’ notice, refund the unused part of any prepaid period and leave export open until the end.
Intellectual property
The code is licensed under AGPL-3.0 as described above. The AsoBeast name, logo and branding are not covered by that licence, and you may not use them in a way that suggests we endorse your product or service. App Store and Google Play content shown in the Service belongs to its owners.
If you send us feedback or suggestions, we may use them freely without owing you anything.
Disclaimers
Apart from what these terms promise, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we make no other promises, including that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or fit for a particular purpose. Consumer rights that cannot be excluded by law are not affected.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows:
- we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost revenue or lost business opportunities,
- our total liability for all claims relating to the Service is limited to the greater of what you paid for the Service in the 12 months before the claim and 100 US dollars.
These limits do not apply to damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence, to death or personal injury, or to any liability that cannot be limited by law.
Indemnity
If you use the Service for business, you will cover our reasonable costs of claims brought by third parties that result from your breach of these terms or your unlawful use of the Service. This does not apply to consumers.
Complaints
If something is wrong with the Service or your bill, write to support@asobeast.com and describe the problem and what you would like us to do. We answer within 14 days. Questions about a charge, a receipt or an invoice can also go to Link support.
Changes to these terms
We will publish changes on this page and update the date at the top. We will tell you by email or in the app at least 30 days before a material change takes effect. A change that reduces what you get applies from your next renewal. If you do not agree, you can cancel before it applies.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by Polish law. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live.
Disputes with business customers go to the courts competent for our place of business in Poland. If you are a consumer, you may bring a claim in the courts of Poland or of the country where you live.
General
- These terms, the Privacy Policy and the limits on the pricing page are the whole agreement between you and us about the Service. Your purchase from Link is also governed by the Sold through Link Terms.
- If a court finds part of these terms invalid, the rest still applies.
- If we do not enforce a right straight away, we have not given it up.
- You may not transfer your account or these terms without our consent. We may transfer them to whoever takes over the Service, and your rights under them will not be reduced.
